I developed this prototype for a spatial constructs university module which tasked me to create a game environment based on any public domain work.
In the case of Tale of Amber, I chose to take Little Red Riding Hood’s story and transfer it into a grim victorian setting where granny is in fact dead.
The project was really insightful in regards to learning about building modular environments and playing with colour and lighting.
Everything was modeled in Maya, using royalty free textures and Crazy Bump for generating various material maps. Developed in Unreal Engine 4.
